Owner stops making Mortgage Loan Payments

Time Clock Starts at the Recording Date

Reinstatement Period is the First 35 days from Date of Mailing

On Day 36 - Beneficiary can call the loan due in full

After 3 Months have elapsed; Notices of sale are published
in the newspaper, once a week, for 3 consecutive weeks.
Notices must also be posted in 3 public places.

Sale is generally held the week following the last publication,
and the public bids on property.
