Request 'Demand for Pay Off' or 'Assumption' package from current lender

  Review of Preliminary Title Report by Escrow Officer and
clearance of any Title 'Clouds' and/or 'Secure Needed Releases'.

           Escrow Instructions prepared in accordance with Offer and Acceptance
      sent out to agents and the lender along with the Preliminary Title Report
and CC&Rs (if applicable)

           Demand for Pay Off received

       Escrow Officer notified of final loan approval for buyers new loan  (if applicable)

    +++

Buyers final loan documents received for signature

  +++

Final closing figures calculated/document signing appointments scheduled
for  both Buyer and Seller

       Signed loan documents returned to Lender in exchange for loan proceeds

Verify all necessary documents and inspections are received

     Documents to Title Officer for final Review and approval to Record

       Documents sent to the County Recorder

       Escrow Officer notified when documents are recorded

       Final closing documents prepared and disbursement of all funds
