My name is Steven Anderson, but I prefer to be called Steve.
I have lived in Reno since 1959; I'm Married, and have 3 children, 2 of which are still in middle school.
My Hobbies are: Sailing on Lake Tahoe, and my Real Estate Investments.
A Navy Veteran and UNR Graduate; I began my Real Estate Career at Sparks Realty in 1980.
Starting in 1984, and for the next 10 years, I was one of the Top Producing Agents in the
Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors.
In 1992; My Company, Anderson and Associates, was started.
From 1990 till 2006; Anderson and Associates was affiliated with Re/Max Realty Professionals.
From 2005 to the present; I have been serving as a Case Mediator for Dispute Resolutions Services
of the Nevada State Bar, a volunteer position which only requires a few hours of my time each month.
In August 2006; Anderson & Associates became affiliated with Keller Williams Group One Inc.
Now with over 28 years of Local Experience here in Reno, in all the surrounding Communities, and in
most Northern Nevada areas. I'm proud to say I have transacted over 2000 successful Escrows, and
I've maintained a perfect performance record with the both the State and Local Realtor Boards.
Since September 2002; Anderson and Associates has had another Fully Licensed, Agent in it's employ.
I am fortunate to have such an Experienced, Knowledgeable, Well-Qualified, person on my team, and he also
serves as my Office Manager.
